Schlines Leads Orange Coast to 79-55 Victory

Alan Schlines had 23 points and 20 rebounds Monday to lead Orange Coast College over San Bernardino Valley, 79-55, in the first round of the Mt. San Jacinto men’s basketball tournament.

Chip Hanlon scored 20, Paul Kos nine and Brian Spratt eight for the Pirates (3-0), who never trailed after taking an 18-17 lead midway through the first half.
