SPARKS, Nev. — Two development companies plan a $10-million mall for factory outlet stores in Sparks.
Bath Casazza Development Inc. and Robert L. Helms Construction Co. said they are joining in the venture on the 17 1/2-acre site.
The developers hope for 45 factory outlet stores operated by manufacturers who sell directly to the public at discounts. They say it would be the first factory outlet complex in Nevada.
