Jail for a Stones Fan: A man who hoped to trade 25 doses of LSD for a $32 ticket to a Rolling Stones concert in Houston made a poor choice when he tried to do business with an undercover policeman. Thomas M. Fagan, 27, was arrested on narcotics and assault charges and jailed. Police described Fagan as a die-hard rock fan who follows the Rolling Stones and Grateful Dead to various cities when they tour. The concert tickets were sold for their face value to another policeman.
