2nd Phase Under Way at Victorville Center

The second phase of Victor Valley Town Center--a $30-million, 250,000-square-foot retail project--is under way in Victorville at Bear Valley and Hesperia roads.
Donahue Schriber of Newport Beach started construction on a 17,500-square-foot Ross Store, the first building in the 190,000-square-foot phase. Block Buster Video and eight other small stores are also planned in this phase.
The center already has a Carl’s Junior, Vons, Longs Drugs, Pizza Hut and 27 retail shops and services.
