The seventh annual L.A. Guitar Show has some curious names on its list of invited guests: Jimi Hendrix, Duane Allman, John Lennon, Buddy Holly and Elvis Presley--all deceased. An attempt to contact the late pop heroes--in what is being billed as the “first ever rock seance”--will take place beginning at 8 p.m. on Saturday. Among the living fret-busters scheduled to appear at the trade show are Allan Holdsworth, Quiet Riot’s Rudy Sarzo and Jennifer Batten, from Michael Jackson’s “Bad” band. The event will take place Saturday and Sunday at the Ren-Mar Studios in Hollywood.
