“Ocean Aid,” a benefit featuring performances by techno-pop band Devo and other rock groups, has been canceled due to slow advance ticket sales, one of the organizers said Monday. The Sept. 3 and 4 concerts, which were to be held at Laguna Beach’s Irvine Bowl, were sponsored by Tustin-based Ocean Pacific Sunwear Ltd. to raise funds and public awareness in support of ocean ecology.
