Rookie Lifts Bengals Past Bills, 24-20

CINCINNATI — Rookie Eric Ball ran one yard for his first professional touchdown with 57 seconds to play Sunday night, giving the Cincinnati Bengals a 24-20 exhibition victory over the Buffalo Bills.
Ball, the Bengals’ top draft pick, capped a 77-yard drive behind Turk Schonert, who came off the bench to complete three of four passes for 47 yards.
