San Francisco police have arrested a man who allegedly stole more than $1 million worth of Rolex watches by posing as a physician. Inspector Gary Jimenez said that Rivas would contact people advertising to sell Rolex watches. Then posing as a busy doctor, he would excuse himself--and disappear with the watch. “He was extremely cool, confident, well-dressed; a very convincing con man,” said Jimenez.
