Former tennis star Bjorn Borg has “personally promised” to meet the debts of his fashion company, the president of the firm, Stig Sjoblom, said in a statement on behalf of the Bjorn Borg Design Group.
Borg, 33, announced last week that he will close the Scandinavian division of the clothing empire.
