Fisher Business Communications Inc., an Irvine public relations and advertising agency, has hired a veteran defense industry observer to head a new division specializing in defense and aerospace clients.
James B. Schultz, who also heads his own aerospace-consulting business in the San Fernando Valley, is a former publisher and editor of Defense Electronics, a trade magazine. He was employed as a special assistant to the commander of the U.S. Air Force Space Division from 1978-82. He served in the Air Force from 1972-78, including a stint on the staff of the National Security Council.
