Finley Is Named Angel of the Week

Chuck Finley, who struck out a career-high 15 during an 8-3 victory over the Baltimore Orioles Saturday night, is The Times’ Orange County Edition Angel of the Week. The 15 strikeouts equaled this season’s major league high, set by Texas’s Nolan Ryan on April 12 against Milwaukee.
The Times will donate $200 in Finley’s name to the Boys and Girls Club of Orange County.
