Once again The Times fails to even acknowledge the far greater sums than ours spent by the Soviet Union to promote its agenda in Nicaragua.
Doesn’t the U.S. have the right to counteract the Soviet Union’s continuing covert efforts to consolidate a communist nation in our hemisphere?
