Robert C. Wingfield has been appointed general manager of the Narmco unit of BASF Structural Materials Inc. He succeeds David Forest, president of the parent company, who had been acting general manager. Wingfield had previously been director of marketing for Narmco. Before joining the company, he held technical, sales and marketing positions with Dow Chemical Corp. Narmco, headquartered in Anaheim, manufactures materials and adhesives for aerospace and other applications.
