Speeding by Transit Driver Cited in School Bus Crash

PHILADELPHIA — City police have determined that a mass-transit bus driver was speeding on a wet road when his bus collided head-on with a school bus on May 23. A total of 58 people, most of them first-graders from a northeast Philadelphia Catholic school, were injured in the crash.
