MANAGUA, Nicaragua — The Sandinista government ordered the expulsion today of two U.S. diplomats, a spokesman for the ruling party said. Sandinista Propaganda Chief Dionisio Marenco said the diplomats, identified as Kathleen Williamson Barnon and Joel Franklin Cassman, had been promoting a teachers strike in the Nicaraguan countryside.
