Construction has started on the first phase of the $500-million, 405-acre Majestic Spectrum business park in Chino. The first phase, scheduled for completion at the end of this year, consists of three buildings totaling 475,000 square feet on about 23 acres.
Developed by Majestic Realty Co., City of Industry, the first phase includes about 300 acres of site improvements. Majestic spokesman David A. Wheeler said the business park at the northeast corner of California 71 and Pipe Line Road will have 6.5 million square feet of buildings when it is completed in eight to 10 years.
Majestic Spectrum will include an office park, light-industrial space--much of served by rail--restaurants, banks, medical facilities, a day-care center and an automobile center, Wheeler said. Wheeler and Maury Panza of A.I.P. Commercial Brokerage Co. represent the project.
