Envoy to Ireland Chosen

WASHINGTON — President Bush said Thursday that he intends to nominate Richard Anthony Moore as ambassador to Ireland, succeeding Margaret M. Heckler. Moore has been associate producer for the McLaughlin Group in Washington since 1975.
