ELMWOOD, Wis. — A woman was in fair condition with head injuries today after her car collided with her identical twin sister’s at an intersection, authorities said.
Jean Bechel, 19, was hospitalized in Eau Claire after the accident Monday near here, authorities said. Jan Bechel lives with her sister and their parents in Plum City.
