The Koll Co., the big Newport Beach developer, said it paid $4.8 million for 29 acres in the 200-acre Sierra Gateway Commerce Center in Fontana, where it plans to build warehouses.
Selling the business park acreage was Sierra Gateway Development Inc. of Tulsa, Okla.
