Partnership Purchases Victorville Acreage

A 258-acre parcel of land north of Victorville’s civic center and adjacent to the Roy Rogers Museum has been sold for $9 million by Key City Ltd. of San Diego to Fu Mai Ltd. Partnership of Monterey Park. Daum/Johnstown American represented the seller and Re/Max of Monterey park represented the buyer.
The property is being planned for mixed-use development.
