A plastic packet containing less than a tenth of an ounce of marijuana was discovered in the plutonium facility at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, U.S. Department of Energy officials disclosed. The building was closed and employees were being interviewed. Jo Ann Elfering, DOE manager, said authorities will take “all necessary action” to learn who was responsible.
