Armor All Products Corp., an Irvine-based supplier of automotive care products, reported that net income rose 11% for the third fiscal quarter ended Dec. 31, to $6.3 million from $5.7 million. Revenue increased 21% to $38.8 million from the $32.1 million posted a year ago. Both are record highs, the company said. This quarter is the first reporting period that includes results from the Rain Dance and Rally lines of car waxes and washes, which were acquired from the Car Care Division of Borden Inc. For the 9-month period, net income was $17.1 million, 24% higher than the $13.8 million reported for the comparable period last year. Revenue totaled $100.8 million, a 27% increase from the $79.4 million posted a year ago.
