A mild earthquake rattled Northern California’s coast near Arcata, but there were no reports of injuries or damage, officials said. The temblor was centered 15 miles east of Arcata, about 220 miles north of San Francisco, the state Office of Emergency Services said. The National Earthquake Information Center in Golden, Colo., measured the quake at magnitude 3.4. Another minor earthquake, measuring 3.3, jolted parts of Seattle and its eastern suburbs.
