North Bakersfield to Play at Irvine

No. 1-seeded Irvine High School (21-0) plays host to North High of Bakersfield (21-4) tonight in a State Division I girls’ quarterfinal volleyball match.
In an all-Southern Section quarterfinal match, unseeded Mira Costa (24-1), the 5-A runner-up, travels to Gahr (20-0), the 4-A champion.
In two semifinal matches, Highland High of Bakersfield (19-7) is at Long Beach St. Anthony (22-1) in Division II and Los Angeles Baptist (20-1) travels to San Diego Francis Parker (18-4) in Division III.
The finals for all divisions will be held played Dec. 3 at Cal State Fullerton.
