Investment Bank DFC New Zealand confirmed that it has lodged a bid for Air New Zealand in conjunction with British Airways PLC and Japanese tourist investor EIE Development Co. A spokesman said British Airways and EIE would acquire 35% of Air New Zealand’s share capital, and Investment Bank DFC would get the rest.
