Frank Greenberg and Richard Hollander, officers of The Athletics Congress, the U.S. governing body for track and field, and Rich Nichols of TAC’s Athletes Advisory Committee, will conduct Friday’s hearing in Chicago where 14 U.S. track and field athletes and 2 coaches who toured South Africa last month will be charged with competing in a country boycotted by the International Amateur Athletic Federation.
