Jack R. Suzar, a partner in the BDO Seidman office in Los Angeles, has been elected the new managing partner of the office. Suzar, 48, will succeed Dave L. Swartz, who is joining a BDO Seidman real estate client as executive vice president. Suzar, a CPA, became a BDO Seidman partner in 1977.
