Local News in Brief : Anaheim : 65 Arrested on Drug, Prostitution Counts

Police announced Tuesday that they had arrested 65 men and women on suspicion of various prostitution, pandering and narcotics charges during a weeklong sweep through the Harbor Boulevard district.
People suspected of selling or furnishing cocaine or heroin were being held in City Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail, police said. Male and female prostitution suspects were booked or released on their own recognizance.
Police said they arrested several men who solicited sex from police officers posing as prostitutes.
