Reagan to Promote Trade Policies on Virginia Trip

WASHINGTON — President Reagan on Monday will travel to Richmond, Va., where he will visit a Reynolds Metals Co. plant and promote his trade policies, White House spokesman Marlin Fitzwater announced Wednesday.
