The 1986 major league baseball collusion case has been submitted to arbitrator George Nicolau.
Nicolau has said he will take about two months to decide on the case, which centers on Jack Morris of the Detroit Tigers, Tim Raines of the Montreal Expos and Andre Dawson of the Chicago Cubs.
