Insurance Fund Takes Warner Center Space

A 10-year, $20-million lease for 64,500 square feet in Warner Corporate Center has been signed, representing 20% of space in a 12-story, $65-million building under construction in Woodland Hills for the developer, Torrance-based LAMCO.
The State Compensation Insurance Fund, serving more than 250,000 employers, will occupy the offices next April, according to the brokers, Beitler Commercial Realty Services. Coldwell Banker represented the fund, which provides insurance for workers compensation cases.
