Former western offices at 5555 E. Olympic Blvd. in City of Commerce will become service headquarters for the home electronics and appliances chain. In a related expansion move, Circuit City has moved into a 150,000-square-foot warehouse at Nogales Street and San Jose Avenue in Commerce.
