Vietnam says it is investigating the cases of 10 American servicemen missing from the Vietnam War and expects to return some remains in about a month, U.S. military experts said in Bangkok, Thailand. Five experts from the U.S. Joint Casualty Resolution Center and the Army Central Identification Laboratory, returning from Hanoi, made the announcement after four days of what they called “most productive and positive” talks. “In one instance of these 10 cases,” said team leader Lt. Col. Joe Harvey, commander of the Honolulu-based center, “they have recovered remains and reached a tentative identification.”
