Floods in China Kill 20

BEIJING — Floods triggered by several days of torrential rain have killed 20 people, injured more than 120 others and inundated 236 square miles of farmland in southern Guangdong province, the newspaper China Daily reported Tuesday. The newspaper said the deluge has affected 590,000 people in 42 counties.
