Ronald Marriott, a 27-year-old diver who won a bronze medal in the diving competition at the 1984 Olympic Games, was injured when he struck his head on the side of the pool during an exhibition dive at Sea World in Aurora, Ohio.
Marriott later was listed in satisfactory condition at Saint Luke’s Hospital in Cleveland.
