Chaminade Rallies to Top Notre Dame

Brian Altman’s three service aces keyed a fifth-game comeback as Chaminade defeated Notre Dame, 15-11, 15-3, 6-15, 7-15, 15-8, in a nonleague volleyball match Thursday at Chaminade.
Altman, who finished with eight aces, helped Chaminade overcome a 7-0 deficit in the fifth game. Mark Grondin had 11 kills and Bill Chesman had 8 for Chaminade (1-1).
