Placentia : Anaheim Man Sought in Stabbing of Woman

Police Monday were seeking an Anaheim man as a suspect in the stabbing of a woman. Officers responding to a 1:12 a.m. call in the 800 block of Tafolla Street found Lisa Bensley, 20, of Placentia, with a single stab wound in her chest. She was taken to Placentia-Linda Community Hospital, treated and later released, Sgt. David Taylor said. Sergio Reyes, 27, described by police as an acquaintance of the Bensley’s, is being sought in connection with the stabbing, Taylor said.
