Former Official at NSC Named to New Navy Job

WASHINGTON — Richard B. Levine, a former staff official with the National Security Council, will oversee technology transfers and arms-sales programs for the Navy in a new position, Navy Secretary John F. Lehman Jr. said Thursday.
