The program includes intensive study of China and its history before and during a 30-day visit to the country.
The program costs $3,300. Financial aid is available. Students can earn college credit for their involvement.
The program was founded in 1956 by President Dwight Eisenhower to promote peace and friendship among citizens of different nations.
Interested students should contact Myrra Lee at Helix High School, 7323 University Ave., La Mesa, Calif. 92041.
