An Arleta woman was shot and critically wounded by her husband during a Christmas evening argument as they drove along a Pacoima street in a camper truck, Los Angeles police said Friday.
Ronnie Glick, 34, shot Julie Glick, 24, with a revolver in the 12800 block of Sunburst Street about 9 p.m. Thursday, Lt. Bob Stemples said.
Police said the driver of the truck took Julie Glick to Serra Memorial Hospital in Sun Valley, where she was listed Friday in critical but stable condition with abdominal wounds.
Ronnie Glick was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and jailed without bail at the Police Department’s Foothill Station, Stemples said.
The cause of the quarrel was not known, Stemples said, adding: “We get a lot of these arguments at Christmas time.”
