BELGRADE, Yugoslavia — A top Yugoslav Communist Party official Thursday assailed the ruling party for irresponsibility and disunity and called for big changes next year.
Central Committee Presidency (Politburo) member Ivan Brigic said in a keynote speech to a Central Committee plenum that he was dissatisfied with the party for its failure to implement its declared policies.
