The National Park Service said it will impose entrance fees at 73 parks, monuments and other installations for the first time on Feb. 2 and raise entrance fees at 61 other units. The fees, authorized in the last session of Congress, are designed to raise $54 million a year to repay the Treasury for expenditures on research, conservation and information for visitors.
