According to GE spokeswoman Sandy McCord, the Peking Regional Administration of the Civil Aviation Administration of China has signed a memo of understanding to purchase GE engines for three four-engine 747s and two twin-engine 767s, plus spare engines in a deal valued at about $130 million.
