Alpine Opening Attracts 1,200

The grand opening of the Rancho Palo Verde community in Alpine, San Diego County, attracted 1,200 visitors to the 1,000-acre site that features 312 home sites and 12 custom model homes off South Grade Road.
Home sites range from two to seven acres and are priced from $75,000 to $175,000. Custom model homes are priced from $295,000 to $650,000 and range in size from 2,090 to 5,195 square feet.
The community offers families the use of an executive clubhouse overlooking Palo Verde Lake recreation complex, under construction, children’s playground and equestrian trails.
