Duarte Puts Off U.S. Trip

BOSTON — President Jose Napoleon Duarte of El Salvador has postponed a 12-day trip to the United States, including a stop at Boston University to receive an honorary degree, university spokesman Joseph Hunter said Monday. It is not known if the visit has been rescheduled, Hunter said.
