UCLA Tops USIU in Soccer Match

Chris Roosen scored two minutes into overtime to give third-ranked UCLA a 2-1 Southwest Soccer Conference victory over United States International University Sunday at UCLA.
UCLA (7-0-4) extended its unbeaten streak to 29 games.
USIU (1-1-1, 4-3-1) took a 1-0 lead four minutes into the match on a penalty kick by Jon Sissons, but UCLA tied the score on a goal by Peter Pelle in the 15th minute.
All three of USIU’s defeats have come in overtime on the road.
