An unemployed laborer was beaten and stabbed to death Sunday in Logan Heights, San Diego police said.
Two suspects are being sought.
Jamie Lopez died at UC San Diego Medical Center at 3:25 p.m. Sunday, police said.
He was attacked shortly after 2 p.m. by two men on the street in the 3100 block of National Avenue, police said. Witnesses gave police descriptions of the assailants.
