Redevelopment Agency directors have approved spending $10,000 on a 1950s-style Halloween Dance at the amphitheater on the downtown Promenade.
The early-evening costume dance, a $48,000 culmination of Long Beach’s Arts Month, is also supported by the Recreation Department and the Public Corporation for the Arts, city officials said.
