West Hollywood : Street Closure to Be Debated
- Share via
A public meeting has been scheduled to discuss the possible closure of Santa Monica Boulevard between Crescent Heights Boulevard and Fairfax Avenue during West Hollywood’s Street Festival ’86 in September.
During the meeting, which will begin at 4 p.m. Friday in the Multipurpose Room in Plummer Park, 7377 Santa Monica Blvd., merchants will have an opportunity to tell city officials how their businesses might be affected by the festival.
The proposed street closure would last from midnight Sept. 6 until 5 a.m. Sept. 8. Merchants and businessmen unable to attend the meeting may still comment by calling Joyce Azelton, project specialist, at (213) 854-7471.
