Charles W. Schertzer has been hired as vice president and real estate loan manager at Eldorado Bank in Tustin. Schertzer, 44, of Irvine had been vice president and manager of First Interstate Bank’s regional real estate center in Newport Beach. He replaced Douglas Boyd, who resigned.
